Cancellation, Refund & Payment Policy
This Cancellation, Refund & Payment Policy governs all training programs, corporate learning services, and related offerings provided by AcadNXT. By enrolling in or purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Fees and Payment Terms
All training programs and services are subject to applicable fees as communicated at the time of booking or invoicing.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
- Bank Transfers
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
- Secure Online Payment Gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal)
Payment Conditions
- Full payment must be completed prior to the commencement of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Invoices must be settled within five (5) working days from the date of issuance.
- Failure to complete payment within the stipulated timeline may result in suspension or cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
Taxes
All applicable taxes, including GST, VAT, or other statutory charges, will be levied as per prevailing laws and regulations.
Pricing Accuracy
While we strive to ensure accurate pricing, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies, including after payment has been processed. In such cases, affected clients will be notified promptly.
Order Acceptance & Refusal
AcadNXT reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing discrepancies, operational constraints, or policy violations.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to training@acadnxt.com prior to the scheduled commencement of the training program or service.
Cancellation Charges
- Within 7 Days of Booking
Eligible for full refund (excluding payment gateway charges and applicable taxes), provided cancellation is made more than 80 days prior to program delivery. - 80+ Days Before Delivery
30% cancellation fee will be applicable. - 60–79 Days Before Delivery
50% cancellation fee will be applicable. - 40–59 Days Before Delivery
75% cancellation fee will be applicable. - Within 39 Days of Delivery
100% cancellation fee (no refund applicable).
Attendance & Participation Policy
No refunds or adjustments will be issued under the following circumstances:
- No-shows or non-attendance
- Partial participation in the program
- Withdrawal or dropouts after the program has commenced
Prohibited Activities
To maintain the integrity and security of our platform and services, users agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Unauthorized access, scraping, or data extraction
- Collection or misuse of user or client information without consent
- Use of the platform for spam, unsolicited marketing, or promotional activities
- Attempts to bypass security mechanisms or disrupt platform functionality
- Uploading or distributing malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
- Impersonation of individuals, trainers, or organizations
- Harassment, abuse, or any form of harmful conduct
- Reverse engineering or attempting to replicate platform functionality
- Misuse of services for unauthorized commercial or competitive purposes
Any violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of access, termination of services, and/or legal proceedings.
